Wedding Outfit

I know you have all been writhing with anticipation waiting for me to post pictures of what I wore to my sister's wedding. Wait no more!

I found the top at Motherhood ($45), the jeggings at American Eagle ($35 and purchased one size larger than I normally wear and worn with the button undone - I refuse to purchase any more maternity pants and quite frankly when the button is undone they are my most comfy pants!). You can't see, but I also purchased new knee high boots. Mine old ones were 3 years old and looked it. The boots were by far my most expensive purchase ($270 gasp!), but I was desperate and tired of shopping by the time I got to adding shoes to the outfit! LOL The boots are gorgeous and comfy and I plan to wear them for at least the next 3 years! Please compliment me on them whenever you see me in them - I still cringe at the amount of money I paid and your compliments will make me feel better!

Hugh is a bit hidden in the background, which is too bad because it makes him look rather short at 6'2". Luke is 6'4" and Nate is 6'6", so that doesn't really help either :-) It is also too bad because you can't really see what he is wearing. Don't worry though, if you just take a look at what my dad is wearing, you will see the EXACT shirt and tie that Hugh is wearing. Apparently, they should have called each other before they picked their outfits!

  2. I agree with Deena!! Boots are never a bad purchase...no matter how much they cost!! Boots are an investment! You can dress them up, you can dress them down - you can wear them to work or you can wear them to run errands. Boots can really do it all. Not to mention with the climate we live in you can wear them for at least 6 month every year.
Also High fives on the jeggings! The are actually the most comfortable pants!

    You looked beautiful Jordan!

  4. Another "congrats on the boot purchase" comment! :) Seriously- if you haven't bought any mat pants.. there's your 270 right there... ;)

And your boots will last longer than mat pants ever would! :) You look fabulous!! :) :)

  5. Thanks everyone! I haven't had a chance to wear the boots since the wedding! I think they will be better suited for less slippery conditions or maybe just me not being pregnant! LOL
